TurmericPlus Smoothie
TurmericPlus Smoothie (Vegan)1 teaspoon x TurmericPlus powder1 cup x Cold coconut milk1 Tablespoon Coconut yogurt1 Tablespoon of blueberries1 Tablespoon of raspberries¾ of a ripe banana
Blending instructions(1). Place the cold coconut milk in a blender.(2). Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.(3). Mix on high for about 1 minute.(4). Pour into a glass jar with a little ice. (5). ENJOY.NB: (1). You can omit the blueberries and raspberries and add your own favourite pieces of fruit. I do suggest leaving though, as the antioxidant properties of both blueberries and raspberries I use, is beneficial for optimal health.(2). Omit the coconut milk and yogurt and use your favourite milk type and yogurt in the same quantity if you do not like coconut milk or other types of non-vegan milk.

TurmericPlus Rice
TurmericPlus Rice (Vegan)1 to 1¼ Cups of water. (Filtered is best)1 Teaspoon of dried chives or fresh if you have it growing. (Omit the chives if you do not like them)Pinch of SNP Spices Himalayan salt with black pepper blend.½ Cup of basmati white rice. (If using black or brown rice allow approx. 12 to 14 minutes)1 x tablespoon of liquid coconut oil.1 ¼ teaspoons of TurmericPlus powder.
Cooking instructions(1). Boil the water with the chives and the salt and pepper mix.(2). Add the rice and the coconut oil to the water.(3). Slow boil the rice exactly 8 minutes and turn the heat source off. (By this time the water should have been soaked into the rice). (4). Add the TurmericPlus to the rice/chive mixture and stir completely through.(5). ENJOY
NB: This recipe will make approx. 1-2 servings of rice.
***Use like a normal rice serving or add steamed diced vegetables to the TurmericPlus rice for a tasty rice dish***

Vegan Mayonaise (1)
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Chickpea water (canned)
2 Teaspoons Dijon mustard
3/4 Teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 Tablespoon Virgin olive oil
150 Mls Safflower or vegetable oil
Instructions:
(1). Add to a mixing bowl chickpea water, mustard, salt and olive oil.
(2). With a stick blender mix ingredients lifting blender to airate ingredients in step 1.
(2). Once blended, slowly add safflower oil to mix a little at a time, while raising blender up and down to airate mix. This may take up to 2 minutes to add the sunflower oil, but you are looking for a smooth white creamy mayonaise.
N/B:
You can add either 1 garlic clove or capers to the mayonaise mix.
